1. Scope of application
Sales contracts concluded through the online store www.factoryoficina.com between FactoryOficina S.L. and the consumer are governed by the following General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The sales contract is concluded with FactoryOficina S.L., VAT ID B85772614, with registered office at Calle Mediterráneo, 8 - PTL 6. PISO 2 D, Alcorcón, 28922, Madrid, Spain, registered in the Commercial Registry of Madrid, T27022, F82, S8, H M 486880, I/A 4 (23.04.18). 3. Conclusion of the contract
By clicking the “complete purchase” button, the client makes a binding declaration accepting the order and committing to its payment. An acknowledgment of receipt will be sent confirming the conclusion of the contract.
4. Language
Contracts may be formalized in Spanish.
5. Archiving
Contracts concluded in the online store are archived. You can access your orders through your customer account or by sending an email to info@factoryoficina.com.
6. Price
Prices shown include VAT and are expressed in euros. Unless otherwise indicated, prices do not include shipping costs outside mainland Spain.
7. Delivery
Delivery times depend on the type of product purchased:
- Refurbished products: estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days from payment confirmation.
- New products: the delivery time will be specified in the product sheet.
In all cases, the delivery time starts only after full payment has been received.
8. Shipping costs
Shipping is free for mainland Spain. For other destinations (Portugal, Andorra, Ceuta, Melilla, Balearic Islands, and Canary Islands), shipping costs are calculated individually and communicated to the client prior to order confirmation.
9. Payment methods
Available payment methods are: bank transfer, credit/debit card, PayPal, and installment payments. If bank transfer is selected, the account details will be sent by email.
10. Risk transfer
The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once he or a third party designated by him (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods. It is essential to inspect the goods upon delivery. Any damage must be noted on the delivery slip and photographs of the damages must be sent to info@factoryoficina.com within 24 hours.
11. Returns and right of withdrawal
The client has 15 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return or exercise the right of withdrawal. Products made to order or personalized are subject to a 30% depreciation if returned. Return shipping costs are borne by the client, except in the case of errors or defective goods attributable to FactoryOficina.
Products must be returned unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued within 14 calendar days after receipt and verification of the goods.
12. Warranty
All products sold by FactoryOficina are covered by the legal warranty in accordance with Spanish consumer protection law: 3 years for new products and 1 year for refurbished products.

14. Retention of title
Ownership of the goods is transferred only once full payment has been made.
