The FORMA 5 SENTIS · Essential Configuration is an entry-level version for task workstations, retaining the Sincro Atom mechanism and 1D armrests.
This configuration uses the most economical standard options: no seat slide, no lumbar adjustment, D64 base and Phoenix upholstery.
